One man's encounter with Tradition

Traditional Catholic Monks of Papa Stronsay, Scotland

The 17-minute video takes a while to download but well worth the wait.

Very interesting video. I noticed one fellow had that "odd little priest's hat" on. A couple of the men did not look like they were part of the Roman tradition of Catholicism.

It is a special vocation, a special call to a life few of us will ever understand. There have been times I have wondered what my life would have been had I become a Poor Clare...then the moment passes and I realize I am simply me, where I am supposed to be for better or worse.

I always wondered what would have happened if I became an eclair.

And I always wondered what would have happened if I went to the Wier, and ordered an eclair, served by a Poor Clare, who on a dare, dropped the eclair on a chair which was then sat on and squished by Paddy O'Mare.

That poor eclair!

That was an excellent video and a wonderful documentary of the beautiful Scotish countryside. I just hope that the monks there will hopefully soon reunite with Rome. Those monks are affiliated with SSPX, but I am hopeful that many will reunite after a universal indult is granted.
